“Real estate marketing that I see often, especially in South Florida, is ego-based. I caution against that because potential clients don’t get excited about what you’ve done or how good you say you are at your job – they want to know what you can do for them. I believe that the best strategy for real estate marketing in today’s world is to be a community expert in the area that you work predominantly. Being able to offer more than the home itself is a massive advantage. The old phrase of “location, location, location” speaks to this type of marketing. Tell your client how nearby the best dog park is, where the groceries and highways are, plus your favorite lunch spot or coffee shop. Don’t just sell a home sell a lifestyle, sell a community, sell a better future your client would love to enjoy and invest in.”
