Marketing Knowledge, Earned on Real Listings

The strongest real estate brands aren’t built by posting the most. They’re built by saying something clear, saying it consistently, and giving people a reason to believe the person behind the account.

About Layla

Layla Mabjish is a Realtor with United Real Estate Miami, where she markets residential listings in one of the most competitive agent markets in the country. Her work sits where real estate meets marketing strategy: consumer behavior, personal branding, content strategy, and lead generation applied directly to listings, showings, and client conversations.

Working day to day in client relationships and sales taught her the part most marketing advice skips: attention is cheap, and trust is the actual constraint.

Through Market Then Close, Layla shares the branding, content, and conversion strategies she uses on Instagram and TikTok, written for working agents who need their marketing to produce conversations, and for newer agents who need a credible place to start.

What guides my work

Authenticity

Marketing should sound like the person it represents. Borrowed voices don’t convert.

Clarity

Good advice makes the next step obvious. If you finish a post unsure what to do, the post failed.

Trust

The relationship starts long before the first consultation. Everything you publish either builds it or spends it.

Purpose

Every piece of content has a job: teach, prove, or invite. Filling the feed is not a job.
